Helen's greek tzatziki

                 Helen's Greek Tzatziki

I'm sure most of you have heard the greek word tzatziki  and I bet a lot of you have tried it but how many of you know how to make it....Well then for those of you who would like to learn how easy it is to do this is my way

Ingredients

250gr greek strained yoghurt

1 small cucumber

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 clove of garlic

a pinch of salt

Lets start by washing  your cucumber  , cut of the ends now using your cheese grater with the biggish holes grate the whole cucumber into a bowl .

Using your hands squeeze out all the access juice from the cucumber .Take the garlic and either grate it very fine or use one of those special garlic crushes and add it in the bowl.

See you've already done the hard part ...Lets continue add the yoghurt ,oil, vinegar and salt use a spoon and mix it all up ..

That's it you've made greek tzatziki ..cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for about an hour .This is sooo yummy with fresh bread mmmm that's a thought maybe on my next blog I can show you how to make homemade bread .
